Key money, agent's commission and renewal fees aren’t charged. Each room has a bath and a toilet. The communal kitchen is spacious and practical. You can enjoy association with friends in the cozy and comfortable social lounge and the dining room.

Fujisaki Pine Heights Information
Good accessibility and convenient living
Old-style shopping promenades (Fujisaki Shotengai and Nishijin Shotengai) are located around the apartments. There are many gourmet restaurants. Fukuoka Yahoo! JAPAN DOME, Fukuoka City Museum and Fukuoka City Chuo Library are within cycling distance. The location is convenient for both living and playing.
It is a 3-minute walk from the “Yayoi 2-chome” bus stop and walking distance from “Fujisaki Subway Station”, giving easy access to central Fukuoka, such as Hakata and Tenjin.
Reasonable fee
Monthly rent is from 42,200yen, including common-area charge, neighborhood association fee and utility costs. The fee is reasonable. Living with your friends (only of the same sex) is acceptable. You can select weekly or monthly stays.
Japanese culture experience
The rooms are cozy Japanese tatami style where you can relax. Many sightseeing spots where you can enjoy Japanese culture, such as old shrines (Koyo Hachiman-gu etc,) and old pottery (Takatori-yaki Kamamoto, Miraku Gama) are nearby to "Fujisaki Pine Heights."

Mainly our tenants are foreign students, trainees and international internship students. However, we also have Japanese tenants. All tenants have the same terms and conditions to live here. We welcome Japanese tenants who would like to learn foreign languages and an international sense.
